Here are the bases that DNA inserts between the deoxyribose-methyl-phosphate spirals. When properly matched, the paired bases fit neatly together. They are then bound to one another by the attraction of slightly positive hydrogen to adjacent slightly negative oxygen or nitrogen.

For each base you can cycle through Adenine (A), Cytosine (C), Guanine (G), Thymine (T) or no base by clicking the appropriate button below:
